Double-tap Right Ctrl, say what you mean, tap once to stop. Your words appear, cleaned up, wherever your cursor already is. Anywhere Ctrl+V works, METAVOCE works.
No credit card, no signup. The trial starts when you install.
Bottom-right of your screen, so you know it's listening. Escape throws the recording away.
Full sentences, false starts, "ums," corrections mid-thought. Cleanup handles the mess.
Slack, Outlook, VS Code, a browser form, a remote desktop session. Same two seconds.
METAVOCE has no server of its own. No analytics, no telemetry, nothing phoning home. It calls exactly two services, and only after you hit the hotkey. You create both accounts yourself and pay those vendors directly.
Your keys go into Windows Credential Manager, the same vault Windows uses for saved passwords, never a plain text file.
Turns your voice into raw text. This is the part that actually hears you. Free tier covers a couple of hours of speaking a month; paid plans start around $5.
Polishes the transcript: filler words out, punctuation in. It doesn't change what you meant. Turn cleanup off and you get exactly what you said word-for-word, with Google never involved.
Your first year of upgrades is included. After that, you can get another full year of upgrades for $7.98 per license. No pressure, though, the one you own keeps working until the ElevenLabs or Gemini versions eventually retire.
Double-tap Right Ctrl. Ramble. Tap again. What lands at your cursor reads like you wrote it carefully, in Slack, Outlook, VS Code, Teams, a browser form, anywhere.

um so like I was thinking maybe we should push the review to monday because uh the numbers aren't final yet
I was thinking we should push the review to Monday, because the numbers aren't final yet.
METAVOCE runs on your own API keys. That's the trade: a little setup, and no middleman between you and the services doing the work. Both have free tiers that cover normal personal use.
Keys are stored in Windows Credential Manager. Dictating something sensitive? Right-click the tray icon and switch cleanup off. The raw transcript pastes straight through and Google never sees it.
Double-tap Right Ctrl to record, single-tap to stop, Escape to discard. ElevenLabs Scribe v2 transcribes; Gemini strips fillers and false starts and adds punctuation; the result goes to your cursor. Bring your own keys for both.
It needs the internet. Both services are cloud APIs. Offline, the hotkey still records but nothing gets pasted and the failure is written to the error log.
The installer isn't code-signed yet. Windows SmartScreen will warn you. Click More info, then Run anyway. The SHA-256 hash is published with every release if you'd rather verify it yourself.
One year of upgrades included. ElevenLabs and Gemini costs are paid to those vendors directly.
MetaVoce listens while you talk and writes the finished sentence — punctuation, structure, tone. It works in every app on your PC, from Outlook to your IDE.
No credit card. 47 MB installer.
Talk at 150 words a minute. MetaVoce hands you clean, structured prose in whatever window you're in. Every app on Windows, one hotkey.

"um so tell dana the deck slipped to friday and uh we still need legal signoff"
Hi Dana — the deck has moved to Friday. We're still waiting on legal sign-off before it can go out.
Press the hotkey, speak, release. MetaVoce removes fillers, fixes grammar, applies your formatting rules, and types the result into the focused window. No cloud round-trip you didn't ask for.
